In this Month we have got this project with ROAS of around 2. Our Goal was to increase the ROAS to 4 with increasing the budget simultaneously.

August Month Stats

In this we have paused all the non performing campaigns & switch our campaigns to P max campaigns along with Youtube ads & Search ads. 

September Month Stats

In this month we have stabilized the performance of Pmax campaigns & we have launched the Product wise Pmax campaigns by testing them with different audience signals. 

October Month Stats

we have increased our daily spend from 3-5k to 10k -12k with our target ROAS 4. In this month we have achieved highest sale ever in 1 day that around 100,

November Month Stats

In this month we had kept the daily budget around 10k-12k on a daily basis. We have achieved sales more than 1000 that is double of October month with our target ROAS 4.  

Pmax Campaigns – We have launched many Pmax campaigns with different Audience signals & after all we have got awesome results on our Pmax campaigns.

We have run Youtube campaigns also for brand awareness & consideration. This also has good results in our account.

Note

After starting our work , foremost we have tested our feed quality by shopping campaigns & run search campaigns also with generic keywords to increase the traffic on the website. After testing all these things we have switched to the Pmax campaigns to get wonderful results. In the Pmax campaigns we have tested many campaigns with different – different audience signals. After doing all these things we started scaling our budget in our best performing campaigns & achieved our Goal of Target ROAS 4.
